Ratonga ā mātou / Our Services
To make an impact on the lives of our whānau, A3K has intended to provide a certain suite of services available under one korowai.
Te Pae Oraka Community Iwi Panel
Te Pae Oraka is a Māori-led initiative dedicated to enhancing the well-being and healing of all those involved—whether participant, victim, or whānau. With a strong focus on collaboration and positive transformation, we work together to create lasting change. Participants are encouraged to take responsibility, develop meaningful action plans, and address the underlying issues that contribute to harm. Victims and affected whānau are deeply listened to, supported, and connected with the services and programmes that empower their healing journey. The programme fosters hope, restoration, and positive outcomes, contributing to the goals set out in the Te Huringa o Te Tai strategy and O Tātou Moemoea.
Whāngaia Ngā Pā Harakeke ki Ōtepoti
To support the delivery of Whāngaia Ngā Pā Harakeke ki Ōtepoti outcomes, we engage with whānau experiencing family harm through a Kaupapa Māori approach, embracing whānau ora tikanga to uplift, empower, and guide them on their journey towards healing, wholeness, and well-being.
Whānau Ora Navigation
Work alongside whānau to empower and uplift their capabilities, guided by tikanga Māori and fostering mana motuhake. Together, we set meaningful goals to create lasting, thriving impacts for their future and well-being.
Tikaka Programs
Deliver Tikaka programs at the Otago Corrections Facility, fostering a sense of empowerment, self-respect, and personal growth for individuals, grounded in the principles of mana motuhake and kaupapa Māori values.
Offer Tikaka programs, supporting individuals in the community to reconnect with their cultural identity, build strength, and embrace their unique potential, all while upholding tikanga Māori values.
Bail Support Services
This service is dedicated to supporting tāne in the Ōtepoti region, empowering them to successfully achieve bail, uphold bail conditions, and create positive change in their lives. By fostering a sense of well-being and growth, we aim to strengthen both participants and their whānau, nurturing a brighter and more hopeful future.
Whānau Resilience
A regional development project focused on co-designing government initiatives and strategies to address family harm while amplifying the voice of whānau. This collaborative approach aims to create meaningful change, empowering communities and fostering stronger, safer whānau connections.
Employment, Engagement, and Connection
Empower whānau with essential support to confidently transition into meaningful employment that celebrates and fosters growth, and paves the way for long-term success and well-being.
